I am a BACP registered and fully qualified integrative counsellor working with individuals in Bournemouth to offer a safe space to think and talk about yourself, your life and relationships and to explore together any areas where you might feel overwhelmed or stuck.
I am a person-centred therapist which means that our work together will be led by you, working at your pace and I will offer challenge where appropriate and with your agreement. I offer a non-judgemental and supportive environment and will work with you to ensure your therapeutic goals are met.
The very fact that you are here probably means that you have recognised the need for change and are unsure how to go about this – together we can work this out, enabling you to live more contentedly through a more authentic existence.
I believe we have an innate desire to grow, heal, change and connect, but at times we are unable ourselves to enact this without help. I see myself as a fellow traveller in this process offering a compassionate connection in an honest and respectful way. Considering our relationships with others can often support greater understanding of our relationship with ourselves, and this is where you can do this.
